Our altar linens are all hand crafted in Devon using specially selected materials. They are made the old fashioned way, first being cut by hand, then individually stitched, before being embroidered and pressed. The quality of the workmanship shines through in the finshed product.
The popular heavy polycotton is a clean, bright white hardwearing material that can handle many years of repeated use and washing. It has become a firm favourite with many of our customers.
The high absorbency of naturally-occurring pure linen has made it an ideal material for Mass and communion services and its distinctive look and feel is very much in keeping with the traditions of the church.
